1. Government should NOT be allowed to decide for itself whether to exceed the powers granted to it by the constitution or charter that created it. Do you agree?)

2. Have you noticed that governmental excesses of power are on the rise in the United States?

3. If the citizens continue to let government exceed its rightful powers, the government is NOT likely to voluntarily give up those unlawful powers on its own. Do you agree?

4. If the constitution or charter that created a government did not grant some necessary power to government, then the first order of business should be to amend the constitution or charter (in the prescribed manner) to allow for the increase in powers. Do you agree?

5. A candidate who reserves the right to exceed the powers given his or her office is not going to stop governmental lawlessness once elected. Do you agree?
